Returns and refunds
Return window
The return window is set per category. A product may have a shorter window, or no returns at all, but never a longer one.
The exact window for each product (for example, a 7-day return or exchange, or no returns) is shown on its product page. Please check it before you buy.
What can be returned
Items must be unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Products marked "No returns" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to your bank account. We will ask you for the account details when you raise the return.
